About Nina

Somatic Breathwork Facilitator, Nervous System Guide

 

I combine years of training in breathwork, somatics, trauma release, and body-led wisdom to create gentle, effective journeys back to wholeness. Every session is a unique co-creation—anchored in compassion, realness, and practical tools you can use for life.

My mission is to create a safe, authentic space where people can reconnect to their hearts, release what no longer serves them, and live from the deepest truth of who they are.
Through somatic work, breath, movement, touch, sound, and meditation, I guide others to meet themselves fully, transform stagnant energy, and awaken their most authentic life.
